RupiaFlow is designed to collect as little information as reasonably necessary to respond to requests and operate the service.
Information you may provide
This may include your name, contact information, the general nature of your request, and information you choose to share in a conversation.
Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, one-time passwords (OTP), seed phrases, private keys, PINs, full payment-card data, or unrestricted account credentials. RupiaFlow does not need these to provide general assistance.
Third-party services
When you use WhatsApp, Instagram, email, banking, wallet, exchange, or transfer services, those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. RupiaFlow does not control those third-party systems.
Retention
We aim to keep only the information needed for operational, security, accounting, or legal purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the request and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information that is not required to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
