Service scope

RupiaFlow provides independent digital finance assistance, market-reference information, community guidance, and general education within the scope published on this website. RupiaFlow does not present itself as a bank, licensed money changer, remittance provider, payment processor, custodian, or cryptocurrency exchange.

Third-party providers

Some requests may involve third-party banks, wallets, networks, exchanges, payment services, or transfer providers. Their availability, fees, limits, rates, processing times, and decisions are outside RupiaFlow's control.

Market-reference information

Displayed rates and calculator outputs are informational references only. They are not binding offers by RupiaFlow to buy, sell, transfer, or exchange money or digital assets. Actual rates, fees, limits, processing times, and availability are determined by the third-party provider used by the customer.

Customer control

Customers remain responsible for choosing providers and executing transactions through their own accounts. RupiaFlow does not request customers to surrender control of their bank, wallet, exchange, or payment accounts.

No custody of credentials

Customers must retain control of their own passwords, OTPs, seed phrases, private keys, and account credentials. Never share these with RupiaFlow.

No guarantee

Information is provided on a best-effort basis. RupiaFlow does not guarantee acceptance by third-party providers, processing time, market prices, exchange rates, or uninterrupted availability.

Acceptable use

Do not use RupiaFlow to facilitate fraud, sanctions evasion, theft, unauthorized account access, money laundering, or any activity prohibited by applicable law or third-party provider rules.

Services and these terms may change as RupiaFlow develops. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
