Never share these

• Passwords or PINs
• OTP / verification codes
• Seed phrases or recovery phrases
• Private keys
• Full payment-card details
• Remote-control access to your phone or computer

Verify the channel

Use links published on rupiaflow.com and the official contact details listed here. Be cautious with lookalike usernames, unsolicited DMs, shortened links, and urgent requests.

Before a transfer

• Confirm the recipient and amount.
• Confirm the network when sending digital assets.
• Use a small test transfer when appropriate.
• Wait for the relevant provider or network confirmation.
• Do not rely on screenshots alone as proof of settlement.
